The “Center” tab

Page tools and account data: friends and requests, subscriptions, community members, conversations, media, music and bulk actions.

The tab contains ten sections. VK API account tools are separate from page settings; the equalizer, lyrics and mini player live under Music.

Quick access to any feature

Inside the extension press Ctrl / Cmd + K and start typing a name — search opens the feature and highlights it. The section anchors on this page match the extension’s features.

Profile

Changes the familiar column order on user profile pages.

How it works

Swap columns moves the narrow photo and summary column to the left and keeps posts and main content on the right.
The setting applies to every profile you open and updates an already open page without a manual reload.

Quick access. Ctrl/Cmd + K → “Swap profile columns”, or “Center” → “Profile”.

Feed

Removes extra clicks while reading posts and lets you save the story currently being viewed.

What it hides

Expand posts — shows the full post automatically, without pressing “Show more”
Story download — adds a Download button to the story viewer

Quick access. Ctrl/Cmd + K → “Expand post text” or “Download story”.

Messenger

Adds copying, export, and note tools, changes the layout, and provides full message templates.

How it works

Quick copy. Every message gets a copy button. A normal click copies one message; Shift-click helps select a range.
Dialog export. Saves a conversation as JSON, TXT, HTML, ZIP, or PDF. Use JSON for processing, HTML/PDF for reading, and ZIP when attachments matter.
Notes. A bookmark button saves an important message locally; search, copy, or open the original from the Notes tab.
Layout. Moves the conversation list to the right and the active dialog to the left.
Templates. Build replies with %first_name%, %date%, %time%, and other variables; attach files, reorder templates, and duplicate them.
Open the template picker with /, an assigned hotkey, or autocomplete. Auto-send is limited to templates without files; attachments always require confirmation.

Quick access. “Center” → “Messenger”. Templates have their own row; individual tools are also available through Ctrl/Cmd + K.

Download voice messages

Adds a button for saving voice-message recordings.

How it works

Enable the feature and open a conversation containing a voice message. A download button appears next to the player.
The extension downloads MP3 when it is available in the message data and falls back to OGG. It does not transcode the recording.
The filename uses the conversation and message identifiers so different recordings do not overwrite one another.

Quick access. Ctrl/Cmd + K → “Download voice messages”, or “Center” → “Messenger”.

Friends audit

An overview of friends and incoming and outgoing requests on a dedicated page.

How it works

Open Center → Friends → Friends audit. The navigation row opens analytics directly, without a setting switch. Data is only loaded when the page opens.
Summary cards and activity bars filter the list. Search by name, sorting and compact mode are available.
Choose an inactivity threshold of 90, 180 or 365 days. Profiles without an exact date are included in totals, a dedicated card and the chart. Approximate VK statuses are shown without inventing dates. These profiles can optionally be included in inactive results while keeping their separate classification.
Snapshots are cached locally for 3 hours; refresh requests fresh data. Select users to remove friends, accept or decline incoming requests, or cancel outgoing requests. Review the list and confirm before running an action; the list can be exported as JSON.
Choose a pause from 1 to 30 seconds for bulk actions. Stop cancels upcoming actions; an already dispatched request must finish. Review the report, export JSON and confirm before continuing the remaining list.
Authentication errors, CAPTCHA, rate limits and uncertain results stop the queue. Object-specific access errors may be skipped. Closing the page or changing accounts stops execution.

Communities

Adjusts community-page layout and shortens the path to your own groups.

What it hides

Swap columns — moves the narrow community column left and main content right
Open “My communities” directly — the Communities menu item skips recommendations and opens your groups

Quick access. Ctrl/Cmd + K by feature name, or “Center” → “Communities”.

Photos

Saves photos without making you hunt for the original file.

How it works

For a single photo, VKify downloads the best original available.
For an album, the extension collects the photos into a ZIP archive. Keep the tab open while a large archive is being prepared.

Quick access. Ctrl/Cmd + K → “Download photo”, or “Center” → “Photos”.

Music

Downloads tracks and albums and helps upload several audio files to VK.

How it works

Saving. MP3 is assembled in the browser and can include tags, cover art, lyrics, and 128/192/320 kbps quality. Original M4A is faster and avoids transcoding but has no added metadata.
File names. Choose Artist — Title, Title — Artist, or title only; a preview appears before download.
Lyrics. They are matched from public sources by artist and title, so check rare tracks and remixes.
Multi-upload. Adds several files at vk.ru/audios, waiting at least two seconds between files and half a second before saving.
Keep each run to no more than ten tracks: VK may return Flood control or temporarily limit uploads.

Quick access. “Center” → “Music” → “Save as MP3” or “Upload multiple tracks”.

Player

Controls music from the keyboard, resumes playback after reload, and adjusts the sound.

How it works

Hotkeys. Assign play/pause, previous/next, seek backward/forward, speed up/down, and reset to 1×. Playback speed ranges from 0.25× to 3×.
Local shortcuts work on the active VK tab. To control music from any tab, assign extension-wide commands in browser settings.
Autoplay. Resumes the last track after the page reloads instead of starting over.
Equalizer. Uses the Web Audio API: preamp and ten frequency bands apply instantly without restarting the track. Built-in and custom presets are supported.
If several bands are boosted heavily, lower the preamp to avoid clipping and distortion.
Open the equalizer from the VK player or mini player. If disabled, the player action lets you enable it directly.

Quick access. Center → Music → Player hotkeys or Equalizer.

Video

Adds VK Video downloads with a quality picker.

How it works

A Download button appears on the video page and lists available quality levels.
The choices depend on the source video and streams exposed by VK. Balance resolution against file size and bandwidth.
Playlist pages also support downloading the collection: select quality and start the queue. Unavailable streams may be skipped.
Set as wallpaper works independently of the video-download switch.

Quick access. Ctrl/Cmd + K → “Download video”, or “Center” → “Video”.

Clips

Saves the currently open VK Clip locally.

How it works

Once enabled, a Download button appears beside Like. VKify takes the available media stream and saves it as a normal file.
If the button is missing on a clip that was already open, move to the next clip and back—VK sometimes reuses an older card.

Quick access. Ctrl/Cmd + K → “Download clip”, or “Center” → “Clips”.

Full account export

Creates a local backup of selected VK account data as JSON or ZIP.

How it works

Select wall posts, photos and albums, videos, documents, bookmarks, gifts, communities, friends, and profile information. Friends are disabled by default.
JSON stores everything in one structured file. ZIP adds a separate JSON file per section. Download files also includes original photos, documents, and available MP4 files; unavailable files remain in JSON as VK/CDN links.
The export runs in the background and respects VK API limits. You can close and reopen the popup: the current stage and progress are preserved. The task can be cancelled.
Some sections require additional VK token scopes. If unavailable, the remaining data is still backed up and skipped sections are reported.

Bulk actions

A queue of VK API actions on selected account data.

How it works

Load data and select items first. Actions cover friends and requests, community unsubscriptions, removing saved videos or adding them to an album, downloading attachments, bookmarking links and marking conversations read.
Choose a pause from 1 to 30 seconds. Before starting, review the list of names and IDs and confirm the action.
Stop cancels upcoming actions; an already dispatched request must finish. Export the report of successes, errors and remaining items as JSON. Continuing the remaining list requires another confirmation.
Closing the page or changing accounts stops execution. Authentication errors, CAPTCHA, rate limits and uncertain results stop the queue; object-specific access errors may be skipped. Auto add friends and Member parser use their own separate limits.

Auto add friends

Send friend requests through the VK API with configured limits.

How it works

Choose recommendations, your own user IDs or links, a TXT/CSV/JSON file, or the member parser result.
Acknowledge the risk before starting. At most 20 requests per hour, 50 per day and 20 per session, with pauses of at least 30 seconds. These extension limits do not guarantee account safety.
Progress is saved; any VK error, CAPTCHA or warning stops the script. Use at your own risk.

Member parser

Community member IDs collected through the VK API.

How it works

Choose one of your communities using the avatar list, or enter its link or ID. Set a limit and start collection.
Live progress shows saved members, the current page and the next-request countdown. Up to 10,000 members, pages of 1,000 at least 30 seconds apart; up to 120 API calls per hour and 500 per day, including failures.
Any error, CAPTCHA or warning stops collection and preserves completed pages. Hidden members remain inaccessible; changing membership is not a point-in-time snapshot.
Export TXT, CSV or JSON, or use the list in Auto add friends. Partial results are available too.

Music visualizer

An on-page animation responding to music playback.

How it works

Choose the animation, colors, intensity, opacity and placement. Presets provide ready-made combinations.
Keep the visualizer floating or add it to the widget stack. Pause settings control its behavior without playback.
Lyrics have their own switch and settings; they do not require changing the visualizer mode.

Dialog files

Attachments from one conversation or a combined conversation library.

How it works

Open Messenger → Dialog files. In single-dialog mode, choose a conversation and attachment type; load more to fetch the next batch.
All dialogs builds a combined library on request. File totals, conversation coverage and skipped dialogs show how much was scanned; the result is not necessarily a complete archive.
Filter by type or conversation, search titles and sort by date. Cards open the file or its original message.
Stop and resume collection, or load older files to extend the results. Search covers loaded data. Select attachments to download or save HTTPS links to VK bookmarks. Export the list as JSON; review the selected items and confirm before running an action.

Dialog statistics

Conversation activity and top dialogs by message count.

How it works

Open the page and load data. Summary cards, search and sorting compare personal and group conversations.
Initial message counts may be approximate. Select conversations for exact refinement; the selection limit is shown in the interface.
Requests can be stopped and the overview refreshed. Collecting statistics never marks messages as read. Selected unread conversations can be marked read through a separate action with a list review and confirmation.

Subscription overview

Subscribed communities, posting activity and a list for manual review.

How it works

Load subscriptions, then check activity. Change the inactivity threshold; unavailable publication dates remain unknown.
Search and filters show active, inactive, closed and unavailable communities. A pinned post does not replace the latest publication date.
Select communities to export as CSV or open their VK pages for manual review. To unsubscribe through the VK API, review the selected names and IDs, set a pause and confirm.

Photo catalog

Search, albums, uploads and management for photos in your VK account.

How it works

One selected item downloads separately. For multiple items choose a ZIP with a photos, videos or documents folder, or separate files through browser downloads. ZIP archives split into parts of about 512 MB; each file can be up to 3 GB. Keep the page open while preparing an archive. Choose MP4 video quality; if unavailable, the nearest available option is used. Retry failed or unstarted files, or download them separately if ZIP fails.
Load your photo library, select an album, search captions and sort by date. Download, move or delete selected photos after reviewing the list.
Upload to an existing album or enter a new album name. VKify limits each run to 10 files and each file to 20 MB; JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF and WEBP. Empty files and unsupported formats are rejected before upload.
Files are spaced at least 3 seconds apart and API calls at least 1.1 seconds apart. VK restrictions, CAPTCHA or errors stop the queue with a code and filename. Successful files leave the queue; unstarted files remain. Check the catalog for duplicates before retrying.

Document catalog

Your VK documents with title/tag search, filters and file uploads.

How it works

One selected item downloads separately. For multiple items choose a ZIP with a photos, videos or documents folder, or separate files through browser downloads. ZIP archives split into parts of about 512 MB; each file can be up to 3 GB. Keep the page open while preparing an archive. Choose MP4 video quality; if unavailable, the nearest available option is used. Retry failed or unstarted files, or download them separately if ZIP fails.
Open Documents in Center and load the list. Filter by type and sort by title, date or size. Download selected files or delete them after reviewing the list.
Drop files or choose them from your computer. Set a title for one file; tags apply to the entire queue. VKify limits each run to 10 files and each file to 200 MB. Documents do not have albums.
Choose a file delay of at least 3 seconds. API requests are also spaced at least 1.1 seconds apart. Errors stop the queue; the report lists saved, failed and unstarted files. VK codes distinguish limits, CAPTCHA and access failures. Check the catalog before retrying.

Saved video catalog

Your saved VK video library with search, albums and filters.

How it works

One selected item downloads separately. For multiple items choose a ZIP with a photos, videos or documents folder, or separate files through browser downloads. ZIP archives split into parts of about 512 MB; each file can be up to 3 GB. Keep the page open while preparing an archive. Choose MP4 video quality; if unavailable, the nearest available option is used. Retry failed or unstarted files, or download them separately if ZIP fails.
Upload your own videos: up to 3 files per run and 2 GB per file (local VKify limits). Files are spaced at least 3 seconds apart and API calls at least 1.1 seconds apart. Errors stop the queue with a VK code; successful files leave the queue and others remain. Check the catalog before retrying.
Click Load video library. Available videos are loaded in batches; load more to expand search coverage.
Choose an album and filter by duration or availability. Search covers loaded titles; sorting changes the card order.
Cards open videos in VK. Unavailable entries are shown separately; selected videos can be removed from saved videos or added to a chosen album after a list review and confirmation. Export the list as JSON if needed.

Mini player

A floating VK player with two layouts and quick music tools.

How it works

Enable the mini player under Music. Choose the regular or compact layout, drag, resize and pin it.
Configure automatic appearance, collapsed startup, download and visualizer buttons. Alt+M shows or hides the player by default.
Open the equalizer, visualizer and lyrics from the player. Disabled tools can be enabled there and stay synchronized with extension settings.
Closing remains in effect until the player is reopened. The player can join the shared widget stack.

On-page lyrics

A separate customizable lyrics layer synchronized with track playback.

How it works

Enable Lyrics under Music. Matching uses artist and title; rare recordings or remixes may not have a match.
Timed lyrics follow playback and seeking. Without timestamps, plain lyrics are displayed.
Choose a preset, font, size, alignment, line count and placement. Optional cover art and content avoidance refine the layout.
Lyrics and the visualizer work independently. Export TXT, or LRC when timestamps are available.

Widget stack

A shared home for music tools, the clock and utility widgets.

How it works

Dock widgets in the stack or keep them floating. Order, visibility and positions are saved.
The mini player, equalizer, visualizer, lyrics, clock, downloads and performance widget share consistent state.
Hiding a widget or disabling its feature updates both the VK page and settings. Floating positions adapt to window changes.
