The “Scripts” tab

Automation for repetitive actions: friend requests, keyboard-layout correction, and direct external links.

Quick access to any feature

Inside the extension press Ctrl / Cmd + K and start typing a name — search opens the feature and highlights it. The section anchors on this page match the extension’s features.

Auto-add friends

Sends requests to random users on the friend-search page at a configured pace and limit.

How it works

  • The feature works only at vk.ru/friends?act=find; the popup has a button that opens the correct page.
  • Set 10–100 requests per hour and a randomized delay range. Defaults are 50 requests and 20–40 seconds between actions.
  • Stopping the script resets the current-session counter. Keep the search page open while automation is expected to run.
  • Important. Bulk requests may trigger Flood control or a temporary account restriction. Use conservative limits and supervise long runs.

Quick access. Ctrl/Cmd + K → “Auto-add friends”, or its page under “Scripts”.

Keyboard layout conversion

Converts already typed text between Russian and English keyboard layouts.

How it works

  • Select the mistyped text, or leave the caret in it, then press the assigned shortcut. VKify maps the characters by matching ru ↔ en keys.
  • The hotkey can be reassigned; the default is Alt+Shift+Q.
